Two-man handling is top sport, it demands a lot more from the drivers and is a real specialisation. Deliveries to end customers often involve furniture, household appliances and kitchens.

Here, a high level of service and care must be provided. It is usually not just about delivery, but also about unpacking, assembly, installation and even the return of packaging material.

In two-man handling, communication is key. Communication between the office environment and the drivers, but also between the driver and the end customer.

Drivers are increasingly the only physical contact an end customer has with a supplier, and that contact has to be positive. It's nice when the driver who installs a bed in your bedroom looks fresh and is friendly. It takes the right people and guidance from the transport company.
